Do you ever wonder why some agents make $0 and others make $1M/Year?

Yeah…I used to wonder the same thing, but over the past 10 years studying agents I have pinned point some specific reasons why.

Ok, now that you are recommitted to your business and reaching your potential here is exactly how agents are adding an extra $100,000 per year and how some are even making $1,00,000 per year.

  1. They grow their email list in the cheapest way possible! FB groups, instagram reels, RedX cold calling or YouTube channels.

  2. They email their list weekly.

  3. They have a call to action at the end of each email.

What did you think I was going to say…they run FB ads to talk to leads that convert at 1%?

Maybe you thought I was going to tell you to pay for Zillow or Realtor Pro?

Perhaps you thought I was going to tell you to pay a marketing company to generate leads for you at $50-$100 per leads using Google PPC.

Listen, all of those things work, but why would you pay for 99% crap leads when in reality you have all the above MOSTLY FREE resources I discussed?

Here are your action steps for the rest of the week if you want to get free leads this week:

  1. Post on social media to get people to raise their hand to chat with you.

  2. Get these people moved over into your database.

  3. Get an email newsletter going that you can send out each week.
