“Real Estate is no easy task and most will quit but if you stay consistent and are disciplined it will all pay off.
In September of last year I was fortunate enough to be able to help my cousin and cousin-in-law find their first home as they were currently renting and had a baby coming soon.
During the crazy bidding wars we lost out on several houses, took a break for several months and came back motivated to find something.
After 2 or so months we found the PERFECT house and I am so grateful for the opportunity to help family....
Fast forward several months into earlier this year and sure enough I got a call from my cousin-in-law whom I helped find a house months ago mentioning his dad was looking up this way to purchase.
Without hesitation I got right to it and started making some calls to get him pre approved and get things going.
He mentioned already having a house in mind that he had been talking about purchasing, BUT it was in good ole probate....
I quickly got in contact with the fiduciary to see where the house was probate wise and thankfully the process was started in September so we were in business!
They ended up gaining full authority from the court in early February and we were off to the races.
Luckily my client mentioned he was already discussing a price with the seller, doing his own inspections with his GC, and being able to close earlier than what we had planned
A short month later we were cleared to close and my buyer was ecstatic as he was able to live close to long time friends.
People who already like you and trust you will be the best way to get business and Im already seeing this only being just under 2 years into the business. If you are feeling discouraged keep going. It will pay off!”

The first transaction was closed for $600k and the second was $459k for a total of $1,059,000.
There will be times you get discouraged and beat down but if you can make it through this market you'll be fine. Also Service Over Selling. Build relationships and deals will follow
