How many more in person seminars do you have attend?

How many broker meetings do you have you to go to?

How many more gurus do you have to listen to?

Before you can see that the success you’ve wanted has been in front of you this whole time?

Listen, the majority of these folks I wrote about above all have something in common…

Honestly, there are only 2 main things you need to almost guarantee success as a real estate agent.

1. Observe what 90% of agents are doing

2. Do the opposite

Seriously, you have to be able to separate yourself from mediocrity in order to become extraordinary.

I truly believe there are SOOOO many ways to become a millionaire as a real estate agent, but too many of us start off by listening to people who aren’t where we want to be.

OR WORSE we are listening to people that are so out of touch of where they started their advice is way above our heads.

So here is what I want you STOP doing this week:

1. STOP listening to people at your same level (unfollow them)

2. STOP listening to people who are light years ahead of you

Here is what I want you TO DO instead:

1. Find someone 6-12 months ahead of you having the success you want

2. Start modelling their actions (start each day with checking their socials)

I firmly believe that is all it takes in order to take YOU from $0 to $100,000 in the next 12 months and to get you from $100,000 to becoming a millionaire in the next 3-5 years.
